Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us: your name, phone number, delivery address (area, street, building and floor), your email address, and any note you add to your order or message.
If you use the "Notify me" box on our coming-soon page, we collect your email address only. We do not ask for your name.
Information the site collects to work: basic technical details such as your device and browser type and the pages you use.
At launch we take cash on delivery only. We do not collect card or online payment details.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We collect this information only to:
- process your order and deliver it;
- send you your order confirmation and contact you about your order;
- answer your questions;
- keep records of orders and claims;
- send you one email on the day the shop opens, if you asked for it with the "Notify me" box. We do not use an address given only in that box for any other message;
- improve our products and website.
We send promotional messages only if you have agreed to receive them. Every promotional message includes a way to stop receiving them.
Who we share it with
- Our delivery company, which receives your name, phone number and address, only to deliver your order.
- Service providers that host our website, store our data and send our emails. They help us run the shop.
- Authorities, when Lebanese law or a lawful request requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Where your data is kept
Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Lebanon.
Your cart
To remember your cart, the site stores it on your device for up to 30 days. You can clear it in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deliver orders, handle claims, and meet legal and accounting duties. After that, we delete it.
Notify me emails: we keep your email address only until we have sent you the opening email, then we delete it. To be removed sooner, write to info@myevente.com and we delete it within 10 working days.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also object to promotional messages at any time. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
